1、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)開機(jī)的準(zhǔn)備

1. Preparation for starting up a gas generator

1、)確認(rèn)各設(shè)備安裝正確、線路無誤、操作部分應(yīng)靈活、運(yùn)動件不得有卡滯、元器件齊全可靠后方可準(zhǔn)備投入運(yùn)行。

1. Confirm that all equipment is installed correctly, the wiring is correct, the operating parts should be flexible, the moving parts should not be stuck, and the components are complete and reliable before preparing for operation.

2、)檢查各聯(lián)接緊固件應(yīng)安裝牢固、操作部分應(yīng)靈便。電纜接線不松動，蓄電池連接線正負(fù)極間隔距離應(yīng)大于l50mm，防止相碰而產(chǎn)生火花。

2. Check that all connecting fasteners are securely installed and that the operating parts are flexible. The cable wiring should not be loose, and the distance between the positive and negative poles of the battery connection line should be greater than 50mm to prevent sparks from colliding.

4、)所有電器開關(guān)及調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕應(yīng)位于相應(yīng)停機(jī)位置。

5、)控制屏(箱)蓄電池及電子調(diào)速器電源開關(guān)置“通”位，按試報警按鈕檢查各報警指示燈及聲音是否正常，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)指示燈不閃爍或無音響，應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查或更換。檢查完畢按動消音及報警解除按鈕，使各報警信號復(fù)原。

5. Set the power switch of the control screen (box) battery and electronic speed controller to the "on" position, press the test alarm button to check whether each alarm indicator light and sound are normal. If the indicator light does not flash or there is no sound, it should be checked or replaced. After inspection, press the mute and alarm release buttons to restore all alarm signals.

6、)天然氣發(fā)動機(jī)開機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查潤滑、冷卻、氣源、啟動、操縱等系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備工作。

2、開機(jī)操作

操作時，必須保證箱式變電站低壓進(jìn)線開關(guān)處于斷開位置，機(jī)組油、水、合上預(yù)供油開關(guān)，啟動電動預(yù)供油泵(或扳動手搖機(jī)油泵)。待主油道壓力達(dá)100kPa啟動要求值后，按下起動按鈕“Start”，機(jī)組起動后，可按下“翻頁"按鈕，通過液晶顯示屏檢查發(fā)動機(jī)運(yùn)行中各項(xiàng)技術(shù)參數(shù)的變化。起動成功后應(yīng)怠速暖機(jī)，當(dāng)機(jī)油溫、水溫達(dá)到40℃以上，方可加速、加載。

During operation, it is necessary to ensure that the low-voltage incoming switch of the box type substation is in the off position, and the oil and water supply switches of the unit are closed. Start the electric pre supply oil pump (or pull the hand operated oil pump). After the main oil duct pressure reaches the required starting value of 100kPa, press the "Start" button. After the unit starts, press the "Page" button to check the changes in various technical parameters during engine operation through the LCD screen. After successful starting, the engine should be idling and warmed up. When the oil and water temperatures reach 40 ℃ or above, acceleration and loading can be carried out.

3. Shutdown

發(fā)動機(jī)的停機(jī)操作一般在主開關(guān)已經(jīng)分閘后進(jìn)行。無論在就地、遠(yuǎn)方還是自動進(jìn)行操作，基本的過程都是一樣的。當(dāng)外電恢復(fù)正常時，可通過站控室“配電盤”監(jiān)測到外電電能狀況，在發(fā)電機(jī)停止送電的情況下，依次合上箱式變電站內(nèi)低壓側(cè)進(jìn)線斷路器即可恢復(fù)市電供電。

The engine shutdown operation is usually carried out after the main switch has been opened. The basic process is the same whether operating on-site, remotely, or automatically. When the external power is restored to normal, the external power status can be monitored through the "distribution panel" in the station control room. When the generator stops supplying power, the low-voltage side incoming circuit breaker in the box type substation can be closed in sequence to restore the mains power supply.

停機(jī)后將電氣開關(guān)全部放在停機(jī)位置上，各調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕亦復(fù)原到停機(jī)的相應(yīng)位置，以便下次起動。

After shutdown, place all electrical switches in the shutdown position, and restore all adjustment knobs to the corresponding shutdown positions for the next startup.

4.維護(hù)保養(yǎng)

機(jī)組正常發(fā)電后，應(yīng)對天然氣機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、控制屏等進(jìn)行監(jiān)視并定時做好運(yùn)行狀況記錄，隨時注意電壓、頻率、功率及天然氣發(fā)動機(jī)

After the normal power generation of the unit, the natural gas engine, generator, control panel, etc. should be monitored and the operating status should be recorded regularly. Attention should be paid to voltage, frequency, power, and natural gas engine at all times
