The ceramic layer with a thickness of 0.2mm contains 15% pores, which can store lubricating oil to reduce friction and act as an invisible shield to isolate acidic gases, reducing the wear rate of the cylinder liner from 0.1mm/kWh to 0.03mm/kWh. The pipelines and valves that come into contact with gas are made of duplex stainless steel (2205), which has a unique dual phase structure of ferrite and austenite. Its resistance to pitting corrosion in environments containing chloride ions is twice as strong as 316L stainless steel, and its service life can reach more than 20 years. The valve oil seal adopts fluororubber (FKM) with a temperature resistance range of -20 ℃~200 ℃. Its permeability to benzene substances in gas is 60% lower than that of ordinary rubber. Combined with a mechanical seal friction pair of silicon carbide and graphite, the leakage rate at the shaft seal is controlled within 5ml/h.
