2.焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組可能會遇到進(jìn)水的問題。溫馨提示，焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)水后是不能繼續(xù)使用的，因?yàn)樗菬o法被壓縮的，油水混合進(jìn)入到汽缸后，發(fā)動機(jī)依然還牌調(diào)整運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)期間，做功的過程中不能對水進(jìn)行壓縮，從而導(dǎo)致活塞卡死，汽缸磨損情況會變得加劇，如果焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組中有水，除了會導(dǎo)致焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)緩慢且不穩(wěn)定之外，甚至還可能造成曲軸彎曲等，對焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行帶來非常嚴(yán)重的影響。

2. Coking power generation units may encounter water ingress issues. 解決方法：　一般發(fā)生焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電機(jī)組焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)水后，要盡快把電瓶負(fù)極線拆下來，以免焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)因時水而發(fā)生短路，同時按正確步驟更換燃油濾清器，如果焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)水不是很多，可以先讓焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組靜置一段時間，讓水慢慢沉淀下去，等到水和焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組成分層后，再將水排凈即可，而如果是進(jìn)水的量比較大，則應(yīng)將原有的變質(zhì)焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組全部更換，否則可能會造成機(jī)組運(yùn)行冒白煙或運(yùn)行無力。

Solution: Generally, when water enters the coking generator set, the negative electrode wire of the battery should be removed as soon as possible to prevent the control system of the coking generator set from short circuiting due to water ingress. At the same time, the fuel filter should be replaced according to the correct steps. If there is not a lot of water ingress into the coking generator set, it can be left to settle for a period of time. After the water and coking generator form a layer, the water can be drained completely. If the amount of water ingress is relatively large, all the original deteriorated coking generator sets should be replaced, otherwise it may cause white smoke or weak operation of the unit.
