The biogas generator set is an important emergency power supply guarantee. During the power switching test at a newly built radar station, it was found that the biogas generator set has faults such as cyclic start stop and inability to provide continuous power. 針對(duì)此故障現(xiàn)象，存在兩種可能原因：（1）沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)故障；（2）沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)信號(hào)取點(diǎn)存在問(wèn)題。下面進(jìn)行具體分析。

There are two possible causes for this malfunction: (1) a malfunction in the control system of the biogas generator set; (2) There is a problem with the starting signal of the biogas generator set. Below is a specific analysis.

沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)故障

Control system failure of biogas generator set

為排除沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組本身存在故障，技術(shù)人員對(duì)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行空載測(cè)試和模擬測(cè)試。

To eliminate faults in the biogas generator unit itself, technicians conducted no-load and simulation tests on the biogas generator unit.

（1）在市電電源正常的情況下，技術(shù)人員斷開(kāi)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組電源輸出斷路器，用手動(dòng)方式啟動(dòng)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行空載試機(jī)，機(jī)組運(yùn)行 10 分鐘，檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和發(fā)電機(jī)參數(shù)均正常。

(1) Under normal mains power supply, technicians disconnect the power output circuit breaker of the biogas generator set and manually start the biogas generator set for no-load testing. The unit runs for 10 minutes and checks that the engine and generator parameters are normal.

（2）利用沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組自帶的模擬測(cè)試功能，模擬市電停電后的自啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行。技術(shù)人員按下沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組模擬測(cè)試鍵，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組自行啟動(dòng)，機(jī)組運(yùn)行 10分鐘，檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和發(fā)電機(jī)參數(shù)均正常。

(2) Utilize the built-in simulation testing function of the biogas generator set to simulate the self starting operation after a power outage. The technical personnel pressed the biogas generator set simulation test button, and the biogas generator set started on its own. The set ran for 10 minutes, and the engine and generator parameters were checked to be normal.

通過(guò)以上測(cè)試基本排除沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組自身原因引起的故障，下面對(duì)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)信號(hào)來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析。

Analysis of start-up signal sources for biogas generator units

（1）查看雷達(dá)站低壓二次系統(tǒng)圖中沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)信號(hào)（如圖所示），當(dāng) 401# 和 402# 開(kāi)關(guān)同時(shí)因失電或故障斷開(kāi)時(shí)，147與149常閉觸點(diǎn)、247與249常閉觸點(diǎn)同時(shí)導(dǎo)通向沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)送啟動(dòng)信號(hào)。兩個(gè)觸點(diǎn)信號(hào)同時(shí)接入沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組控制器內(nèi)，進(jìn)行邏輯和運(yùn)算，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)。（147 與 149 常閉觸點(diǎn)為 401# 斷路器的輔助觸點(diǎn)，工作狀態(tài)與401# 開(kāi)關(guān)相反，247 與 249 常閉觸點(diǎn)為 402#斷路器的輔助觸點(diǎn)，工作狀態(tài)與 402# 開(kāi)關(guān)相反）

(1) Check the start-up signal of the biogas generator set in the low-voltage secondary system diagram of the radar station (as shown in the figure). When the 401 # and 402 # switches are simultaneously disconnected due to power loss or fault, the normally closed contacts 147 and 149, as well as the normally closed contacts 247 and 249, are simultaneously connected to the biogas generator set to send the start-up signal. Two contact signals are simultaneously connected to the controller of the biogas generator set for logic and operation, and the biogas generator set is started. (147 and 149 normally closed contacts are auxiliary contacts for circuit breaker 401 #, working in opposite states to switch 401 #, while 247 and 249 normally closed contacts are auxiliary contacts for circuit breaker 402 #, working in opposite states to switch 402 #)

（2）查看雷達(dá)站高、低一次系統(tǒng)示意圖，兩路市電、一臺(tái)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的配置以及沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組自啟動(dòng)時(shí)間均符合規(guī)范的要求，但進(jìn)一步檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)401# 開(kāi)關(guān)位于ATS下端，當(dāng)市電電源或沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組電源存在時(shí)，401# 開(kāi)關(guān)均閉合，147和149常閉觸電分開(kāi)，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組控制器經(jīng)邏輯運(yùn)算后，認(rèn)為啟動(dòng)信號(hào)中斷、市電恢復(fù)，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組停止工作；隨后因市電電源和沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組電源均不存在，401# 開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)斷合，147和149常閉觸電閉合，發(fā)送沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)信號(hào)，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組控制器經(jīng)邏輯運(yùn)算后，自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組工作，如此循環(huán)啟 - 停。

(2) Upon reviewing the schematic diagram of the radar station's high and low primary systems, it was found that the configuration of two mains power sources and one biogas generator unit, as well as the self starting time of the biogas generator unit, all met the requirements of the specifications. However, further inspection revealed that the 401 # switch was located at the lower end of the ATS. When the mains power source or biogas generator unit power source was present, both 401 # switches were closed, and 147 and 149 normally closed electric shocks were separated. After logical calculation, the biogas generator unit controller believed that the starting signal was interrupted, the mains power was restored, and the biogas generator unit stopped working; Subsequently, due to the absence of both the mains power supply and the biogas generator set power supply, the 401 # switch automatically closed, and the normally closed electric shock of 147 and 149 closed, sending a start-up signal for the biogas generator set. After logical calculation, the biogas generator set controller automatically started the biogas generator set to work, thus starting and stopping in a cyclic manner.
