　　內(nèi)燃機(jī)中修使鄰近大修間的一次有計(jì)劃性的修理，主要是為了平衡各機(jī)件間使用期限的不同，以保證或延長大修的間隔時(shí)間。其作業(yè)范圍介于小修與大修之間，一般情況下是更換或維修1～2各主要總成，同時(shí)檢查其余總成的技術(shù)狀況，并排除故障，進(jìn)行必要的緊定和調(diào)整工作。

　　集電環(huán)和換向器的外圓表面應(yīng)十分光滑，一般呈暗棕色。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有燒傷痕跡、發(fā)黑或輕微的機(jī)械劃傷等應(yīng)進(jìn)行磨光。其方法是：用00號細(xì)玻璃砂紙（或金剛砂布）一條，再找一塊寬度合適的硬木板，用木板把砂紙壓緊在集電環(huán)或換向器外圓面上，然后低速轉(zhuǎn)動電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子，一直磨到外圓面光滑為止，最后進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的清潔工作。

　　The outer surface of the collector ring and commutator should be very smooth, generally dark brown in color. If burn marks, blackening, or minor mechanical scratches are found, they should be polished. The method is to use a piece of 00 grit fine glass sandpaper (or diamond cloth), then find a suitable width hardwood board, press the sandpaper onto the outer surface of the collector ring or commutator with the wooden board, and then rotate the motor rotor at low speed until the outer surface is smooth, and finally perform a thorough cleaning work.

　　【注意】：磨光操作中，注意切斷定、轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的電路，以免觸電或帶電運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。如機(jī)電環(huán)或換向器外面面灼傷嚴(yán)重或者失圓（已不是正常的圓柱形而搖擺嚴(yán)重時(shí)），應(yīng)當(dāng)取出轉(zhuǎn)子，在車床上轉(zhuǎn)車外圓面——修圓，注意其表面粗糙度達(dá)到要求，修圓后的換向器還要下刻云母片，并進(jìn)行清潔處理。

　　[Attention]: During the polishing operation, pay attention to cutting the circuit of the rotor winding to avoid electric shock or live operation. If the outer surface of the electromechanical ring or commutator is severely burned or out of roundness (when it is no longer a normal cylindrical shape and swings severely), the rotor should be removed and the outer surface of the commutator should be turned on a lathe - rounding, paying attention to its surface roughness to meet the requirements. After rounding, the commutator should also be engraved with mica sheets and cleaned.

　　③ 下刻云母片

　　換向器片間的云母片的高度，正常是應(yīng)比換向片低0.5～1.2mm，否則應(yīng)考慮下刻。其方法是：在現(xiàn)場條件下，可用細(xì)齒的手鋸鋼鋸條的一段，自制一個(gè)前端帶鉤的小刀，沿云母片溝逐漸下刻，使之高度符合要求為止。

　　The height of the mica pieces between the commutator segments should be 0.5-1.2mm lower than the commutator segments, otherwise the next engraving should be considered. The method is to use a fine toothed hand saw to cut a section of the steel saw blade under on-site conditions, and make a small knife with a hook at the front end. Gradually cut along the mica groove until the height meets the requirements.

　　【注意】：下刻時(shí)刀子要鋒利，用力要均勻、平穩(wěn)，下刻完畢要進(jìn)行磨光和清潔。

　　④ 電刷裝置的調(diào)整

　　電刷是以石墨為主料壓制成型的，導(dǎo)電性能好且耐磨，但質(zhì)脆，不耐重壓或撞擊。電刷安放在刷握內(nèi)，要求能上下自由平穩(wěn)的移動，左右不應(yīng)有明顯的晃動現(xiàn)象，下端面與集電環(huán)或換向器的接觸面積不小于3/4，且光滑、平整，工作時(shí)無跳動，磨損量不應(yīng)超過電刷原來總高度的2/3。否則應(yīng)加以調(diào)整、研磨或更換電刷。

　　Electric brushes are mainly made of graphite and pressed into shape, with good electrical conductivity and wear resistance, but they are brittle and not resistant to heavy pressure or impact. The electric brush should be placed inside the brush holder and should be able to move freely and smoothly up and down without obvious shaking. The contact area between the lower end face and the collector ring or commutator should not be less than 3/4, and it should be smooth and flat. There should be no jumping during operation, and the wear should not exceed 2/3 of the original total height of the electric brush. Otherwise, the electric brush should be adjusted, ground or replaced.

　　⑤ 電刷的研磨

　　新電刷或接觸面已燒蝕的電刷，必須經(jīng)過研磨，使之與集電環(huán)或換向器貼合良好才能使用。研磨接觸面的方法：用00號砂紙一條，讓有砂的一面對著電刷，把無砂的一面包著（最好粘住）集電環(huán)或換向器的外圓上，并讓電刷彈簧壓緊電刷，一電機(jī)正常運(yùn)行的方向——逆時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)子，直到電刷下端面有80%以上與集電環(huán)外圓密切接觸為止。電刷磨好后不應(yīng)調(diào)換它的安裝方向或更換刷握。正是使用前，應(yīng)經(jīng)過2～3min的空載磨合，然后再逐漸增加電負(fù)荷。

　　New electric brushes or brushes with burnt contact surfaces must be ground to ensure a good fit with the collector ring or commutator before use. Method for grinding the contact surface: Use a piece of 00 grit sandpaper, with the sandy side facing the electric brush. Before use, it should undergo 2-3 minutes of no-load running in, and then gradually increase the electrical load.

　　全面檢查和清洗軸承，中小型電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子一般采用滾動軸承，都是用潤滑脂潤滑，通常，普通型電機(jī)采用ZGN-3鈣基潤滑脂，濕熱型電機(jī)采用ZL-3鋰基軸承脂。一般情況下，電機(jī)連續(xù)運(yùn)行1500h左右時(shí)，應(yīng)更換潤滑脂，以確保電機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。軸承的工作好壞，直接影響電機(jī)的運(yùn)行可靠性，因此應(yīng)當(dāng)注意維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。

　　Thoroughly inspect and clean the bearings. The rotors of small and medium-sized motors generally use rolling bearings, which are lubricated with grease. Generally, ordinary motors use ZGN-3 calcium based grease, while wet heat motors use ZL-3 lithium based bearing grease. In general, when the motor runs continuously for about 1500 hours, the lubricating grease should be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the motor. The performance of bearings directly affects the reliability of motor operation, so maintenance and upkeep should be taken into account.

　　檢查電機(jī)及各繞組的絕緣 全面檢查電機(jī)及各繞組的絕緣情況，檢查個(gè)電氣及機(jī)械的連接情況。

　　Inspect the insulation of the motor and its windings comprehensively, and check the electrical and mechanical connections.

　　燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組保養(yǎng)和檢修完畢后，應(yīng)復(fù)查一次電機(jī)各電氣連結(jié)和機(jī)械安裝是否正確與牢固，并用干燥的壓縮空氣吹凈電機(jī)內(nèi)部各處。最后，按正常的啟動和運(yùn)行要求，對其進(jìn)行空載和負(fù)載試驗(yàn)，已確定是否完好無誤。
