The noise generated by diesel generator sets should be effectively attenuated to meet local regulations and installation requirements. It can be achieved by selecting the muffler correctly:

工業(yè)型：  可衰減12至18dBA

Industrial type: can attenuate 12 to 18dBA

住宅型：  可衰減18至25dBA

Residential type: can attenuate 18 to 25dBA

臨界型：  可衰減25至35dBA

Critical type: can attenuate 25 to 35dBA

2、排煙系統(tǒng)設(shè)置

盡可能降低排煙系統(tǒng)的背壓值。過高的背壓會負(fù)面影響燃燒效率，增加排氣溫度,從而導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機功率損失，縮短其工作壽命。因此，應(yīng)盡量縮短煙管長度，減少彎頭個數(shù)，減少消音器阻力及增大煙管直徑。

Try to reduce the back pressure value of the smoke exhaust system as much as possible. Excessive back pressure can negatively affect combustion efficiency, increase exhaust temperature, and lead to engine power loss, shortening its working life. Therefore, the length of the smoke pipe should be shortened as much as possible, the number of bends should be reduced, the resistance of the muffler should be reduced, and the diameter of the smoke pipe should be increased.

3、排煙出口定位

最方便的出口并非最佳的位置，設(shè)計師應(yīng)綜合考慮風(fēng)向、建筑物設(shè)計、布局、距離及排煙流速等因素。應(yīng)避免排煙進入任何重要的鮮風(fēng)入口（窗、門、進風(fēng)口、柴油發(fā)電機組燃燒新鮮空氣入口、柴油發(fā)電機組冷卻通風(fēng)入口等），防止新鮮空氣遭受排煙的污染；還應(yīng)減少煙囪噪音對工人及鄰里的影響以及排煙中含帶的粉塵在相鄰建筑上的堆積。

The most convenient exit is not the optimal location, and designers should consider factors such as wind direction, building design, layout, distance, and smoke exhaust flow rate comprehensively. Smoke exhaust should be avoided from entering any important fresh air inlet (windows, doors, air intakes, fresh air inlet for diesel generator set combustion, cooling and ventilation inlet for diesel generator set, etc.) to prevent fresh air from being contaminated by smoke exhaust; It is also necessary to reduce the impact of chimney noise on workers and neighbors, as well as the accumulation of dust contained in smoke exhaust on adjacent buildings.

4、管路設(shè)計

4. Pipeline design

所有的排煙管路應(yīng)得以良好支撐和固定。

All smoke exhaust pipes should be well supported and fixed.

無支撐的消音器不能安裝在柴油發(fā)電機組排煙歧管或柴油發(fā)電機組增壓器出口處。

Unsupported silencers cannot be installed at the exhaust manifold or turbocharger outlet of diesel generator sets.

煙管與柴油發(fā)電機組之間應(yīng)安裝軟連接，以吸收管道的熱脹冷縮、機組的位移及振動，減少煙管對機組及煙管之間的重壓；軟連接應(yīng)盡可能靠近機組排煙出口（增壓器或排氣歧管）。

A soft connection should be installed between the smoke pipe and the diesel generator set to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline, the displacement and vibration of the unit, and reduce the heavy pressure of the smoke pipe on the unit and between the smoke pipes; The soft connection should be as close as possible to the exhaust outlet of the unit (turbocharger or exhaust manifold).

排煙終端應(yīng)安裝防雨帽、遮蓋物及其它防雨設(shè)計以防止雨雪進入。接近機組的煙管部分應(yīng)安裝有冷凝水收集器及排水閥。

Smoke exhaust terminals should be equipped with rain caps, covers, and other rainproof designs to prevent rain and snow from entering. The smoke pipe near the unit should be equipped with a condensate collector and drainage valve.

建議機組不與火爐、鍋爐或者其它設(shè)備共用排煙管道。運行中設(shè)備排放的炭塵、冷凝物的堆積會對非運行機組造成損害，被動驅(qū)動的增壓器因缺乏潤滑將導(dǎo)致軸承故障。

It is recommended that the unit does not share smoke exhaust pipes with furnaces, boilers, or other equipment. The accumulation of carbon dust and condensate emitted by equipment during operation can cause damage to non operating units, and passive driven boosters may cause bearing failures due to lack of lubrication.

5、長度

盡可能縮短排煙系統(tǒng)長度，從而減少系統(tǒng)的阻力（背壓），更利于 煙氣排放；減少氣體冷凝機會，降低煙氣程度。

Shorten the length of the smoke exhaust system as much as possible to reduce the resistance (back pressure) of the system, which is more conducive to smoke emission; Reduce the chance of gas condensation and reduce the degree of smoke.
