1、燃?xì)鈿庠垂芫€與燃?xì)鈾C(jī)進(jìn)氣接口處須安裝密封墊片并使得緊固可靠，應(yīng)急手動(dòng)停車閥門功能應(yīng)可靠。
1. The sealing gasket shall be installed at the interface between the gas source pipeline and the gas engine inlet to make the fastening reliable, and the function of the emergency manual shutdown valve shall be reliable.
2、燃?xì)夤芫€的螺紋連接處須加纏密封膠帶，焊 接部位不得有氣孔。

3、檢查機(jī)房內(nèi)管線是否漏氣，如有泄漏，須處理后再開機(jī)。

1、混合器法蘭及蝶門軸頸徑向間隙不得漏氣。
1. The radial clearance of mixer flange and butterfly valve journal shall not leak.
2、電磁閥、調(diào)壓閥的連接不得松動(dòng)漏氣。
2. The connection of solenoid valve and pressure regulating valve shall not be loose and air leakage.
3、各防爆裝置的易熔易爆膜片須按照技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)要求安裝，不得隨意更換材料或加厚。
3. The fusible and explosive diaphragm of each explosion-proof device shall be installed according to the technical design requirements, and the material shall not be changed or thickened at will.
4、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組和控制屏與電纜接頭的連接須緊固可靠。

傳感器與控制屏組合模擬檢測
Analog detection of sensor and control panel combination
1、油壓檢測：裝有壓力繼電器的原動(dòng)機(jī)，用壓力校驗(yàn)儀檢測設(shè)定值，檢查控制屏是否分閘停機(jī)。裝有監(jiān)控儀的原動(dòng)機(jī)，先自檢，然后拆下信號(hào)輸入線檢查控制屏是否分閘停機(jī)。
1. Oil pressure detection: for prime mover with pressure relay, use pressure calibrator to detect the set value and check whether the control panel is shut down. The prime mover equipped with monitor first checks itself, and then removes the signal input line to check whether the control panel is shut down or not.
2、油溫、水溫檢測：將模擬檢測好的傳感器與傳感器導(dǎo)線連接，把傳感器放在排氣管上加溫，檢測是否在設(shè)定值上分閘停機(jī)。
2. Oil temperature and water temperature detection: connect the analog sensor with the sensor wire, put the sensor on the exhaust pipe for heating, and detect whether the switch is turned off at the set value.
3、檢查燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組氣源應(yīng)急閥門、電磁閥是否可靠。
3. Check whether the emergency valve and solenoid valve of gas source are reliable.
4、減掉負(fù)載，合上短路器開關(guān)，把轉(zhuǎn)速開關(guān)設(shè)置到額定轉(zhuǎn)速位置，然后調(diào)整2301A速度控 制 器的額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器，緩慢順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)直至機(jī)組在設(shè)定值報(bào) 警分閘、超 速停機(jī)為止，然后將額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器逆時(shí)針復(fù)位到原來的位置。
4, reduce load, close the switch of the short circuit, set the speed switch to the rated speed position, then adjust the 2301A speed controller's rated speed and potentiometer, rotate slowly clockwise until the unit set the alarm gate and speed down, and then reset the rated speed potentiometer counterclockwise to the original position.
1、開機(jī)前，應(yīng)清理機(jī)組（旋轉(zhuǎn)部件）上放置的雜物（如盤車杠、工具、螺釘?shù)龋悦忾_車時(shí)工件飛出去傷人。
1. Before starting the machine, the sundries (such as turning bars, tools, screws, etc.) placed on the unit (rotating parts) should be cleaned to avoid the workpiece flying out and hurting people during the driving.
2、開機(jī)前手動(dòng)盤車時(shí)，注意先斷開起動(dòng)電源，以免誤觸動(dòng)起動(dòng)按鈕，盤車杠飛出去傷人。
2. When turning manually before starting, pay attention to disconnect the starting power supply first, so as to avoid touching the starting button by mistake, and the turning bar will fly out and hurt people.
