1) How it works

在電控單元的控制下, 尿素泵將尿素溶液從尿素罐中抽出, 計量、加壓后送到雙流體霧化噴槍, 壓縮空氣經控制單元調壓后也送到計量噴槍,噴射閥打開后, 尿素在壓縮空氣的引射作用下噴出,和壓縮空氣混合后經噴嘴霧化后噴入排氣管道。電控單元根據廢氣流量、催化劑的溫度和NOX濃度精確計算出所需的尿素溶液噴射量, 發出相應的脈寬調制信號給計量泵, 計量泵根據信號對尿素溶液進行計量, 從而保證時刻精確的尿素溶液噴射到排氣管道。

Under the control of the electronic control unit, the urea solution is pumped out of the urea tank by the urea pump, measured and pressurized, and then sent to the dual flow atomizing spray gun. The compressed air is also sent to the metering spray gun after the pressure is regulated by the control unit. After the injection valve is opened, the urea is ejected under the injection effect of the compressed air, and mixed with the compressed air, it is atomized by the nozzle and then injected into the exhaust pipe. The electronic control unit accurately calculates the required injection amount of urea solution according to the exhaust gas flow, catalyst temperature and NOx concentration, sends the corresponding pulse width modulation signal to the metering pump, and the metering pump measures the urea solution according to the signal, so as to ensure the accurate injection of urea solution to the exhaust pipe at any time.

尿素溶液在排氣管道混合區遇高溫煙氣分解成氨氣（NH3） 和水（H2O）, 與煙氣充分混合后進入催化劑模塊, 在催化反應區NH3 和NOX反應生成無害的氮氣(N2)和水(H2O), 更終通過排氣管道排到大氣中。

The urea solution is decomposed into ammonia (NH3) and water (H2O) in the mixing zone of exhaust pipe in case of high temperature flue gas. After being fully mixed with the flue gas, it enters the catalyst module. In the catalytic reaction zone, NH3 and NOx react to generate harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), and finally it is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.

尿素溶液分解如下：CO(NH2)2 + H2O = 2NH3 + CO2 尿素經熱解、水解生成氨氣，為反應提供原料。

發電機組煙氣經過排氣管道進入凈化系統，尾氣中的NOX通過煙氣脫硝系統時,與氨氣充分混合后的廢氣發生催化還原反應，將NOX還原為無害的N2和H2O。

3)煙氣脫硝系統性能指標：
