燃氣管路為LNG氣瓶--汽化器—GVU(低壓燃氣濾清器—減壓器--低壓電磁閥)-發動機；GVU到發動機混合器的管路、GVU箱、GVU內附件由發動機廠家提供。自低壓燃氣濾清器開始，到發動機的管路和接頭均隨發動機提供；LNG氣瓶提供給發動機的穩定燃氣壓力范圍根據為WP4/WP6/WP10系列4~7bar，170系列不低于8bar。低壓燃氣濾清器之前的燃氣管路內徑不低于Ф10。

為保證氣體機機可靠工作，必須使用氣體機專用機油，嚴格按照說明書要求使用 GB級：CF-4/CH-4專用機油，允許用高質量等級的機油代替低質量等級的機油。

海水泵可隨機配帶或裝機，海水冷卻部分應安裝粗濾網、水濾網、止回閥，以上零件用戶自備。

進排氣系統:

氣體機隨機帶空氣濾清器，用戶自備空氣濾清器時，額定流量應不小于規定值；外接排氣管盡量避免直角或急轉彎，管系背壓應小于2.5kPa。外接管路的重量不能置于增壓器上，應予以可靠固定。伸出艙外的進、排氣管口必須有防水及雜物掉入的裝置。

The gas engine is equipped with air filter. When the user provides the air filter, the rated flow shall not be less than the specified value; the right angle or sharp turning shall be avoided as far as possible for the external exhaust pipe, and the back pressure of the pipe system shall be less than 2.5kpa. The weight of the external pipeline can not be placed on the supercharger and should be fixed reliably. The inlet and outlet pipes extending out of the cabin must be equipped with water-proof and debris falling in devices.

主要由起動機、儀表、充電發電機、蓄電池（用戶自備）組成；

蓄電池與起動電機之間的主連接導線截面積不小于70mm2，如果導線長度超過1.5m，截面應適當增大；

機組儀表可根據用戶要求提供標準配置的機旁監控儀表、自起動監控儀表等。儀表箱嚴禁接到整流電源上。

According to the user's requirements, the unit instruments can provide standard configuration of local monitoring instruments, self starting monitoring instruments, etc. It is forbidden to connect the instrument box to the rectifier power supply.

選用遠程監控儀表時，遠程儀表必須與燃氣發電機組監控儀表配套使用，遠程儀表根據用戶合同供貨；

機組吊裝要求:

機組帶包裝吊運時，要將鋼絲繩掛在機組的包裝箱的護鐵處起吊，吊運過程中要保持機組平穩。

When the unit is hoisted with packaging, the steel wire rope shall be hung on the iron guard of the package box of the unit for lifting, and the unit shall be kept stable during lifting.

機組公共底盤上兩端各有兩個吊鉤或起吊環，吊運機組時要將吊鉤或鋼絲繩固定在起吊處起吊。起吊時要注意防護，不使機組受到損傷。吊運過程中要水平吊運。吊運要平穩、緩慢，嚴禁一邊起吊、拖拉及傾斜吊運。

柴油發電機組安裝底座應具有良好的平面度（≤0.25mm）及足夠的剛度，不得使發電機組的公共底盤發生扭曲。在安裝柴油發電機組時，必須用螺栓將機組固定在船艙內堅實水平基礎上，嚴禁將發電機組底座與機艙內機組支撐直接焊接在一起。

The mounting base of diesel generator set shall have good flatness (≤ 0.25 mm) and enough rigidity, and the common chassis of generator set shall not be twisted. When installing the diesel generator set, the unit must be fixed on the solid and horizontal foundation in the cabin with bolts. It is strictly forbidden to weld the base of the generator set with the unit support in the engine room directly.

柴油發電機組安裝時嚴禁灰塵、鐵屑、焊渣等物質進入柴油機進排氣管道內。

機組柴油機與進出水管、油管連接，需要用軟管過渡，不得將管路與柴油機進行剛性連接。連接軟管用戶自備。

When connecting the diesel engine of the unit with the inlet and outlet pipes and oil pipes, it is necessary to use flexible pipes for transition. The connecting hose shall be provided by the user.
