發電機組啟動前應該做哪些工作？
1、檢查傳動結構的鏈接螺栓，如果沒有緊固要緊固好。
1. Check the connecting bolts of the transmission structure, and tighten them if they are not tightened.
2、開啟打氣泵的排污閥。
2. Open the blowdown valve of the air pump.
3、檢查離合器手柄壓力是不是正常，超速保險裝置有沒有定位。
3. Check whether the clutch handle pressure is normal and whether the overspeed safety device is positioned.
4、檢查循環水泵、燃油泵、機油泵有無異常。
4. Check whether the circulating water pump, fuel pump and oil pump are abnormal.
5、機房操作人員要遵守安全操作，穿工作服、絕緣鞋，人員要分工明確。

6、把勵磁電阻置于的電阻位置，并將送電開關關掉。

啟動和運行操作：
Start up and run operation:
1、對于停機超過25h的機組，要先打開試動閥，并啟動機油泵，對于停機超過7天的機組，得先測量勵磁機及操作電路的絕緣電阻。
1. For the unit shut down for more than 25 hours, the test run valve shall be opened and the oil pump shall be started. For the unit shut down for more than 7 days, the insulation resistance of exciter and operating circuit shall be measured first.
2、柴油發電機組運轉之后，查看機油壓力表的指示值，如果升到規定值以上必須停止機油泵且要關閉掃氣泵排污閥，穿好前離合器螺釘。
2. After the diesel generator set is running, check the indicated value of the oil pressure gauge. If it rises above the specified value, the oil pump must be stopped, the drain valve of scavenging pump must be closed, and the front clutch screw shall be put on.
3、發動燃油泵放出管路中的空氣，看看電壓有沒有在規定的值內，正常，才能進行正式啟動。

4、察看啟動電源的電壓有沒有符合要求，若電壓正常，可以啟動按鈕等發電機組正常運行后松開。

5、發電機啟動后，即發電機及全部電氣設備都已帶電，不得伸手接觸帶電部位。

6、調整發電機組的轉速，在調整時必須注意觀察發電機運轉有無異常，正常，集電環及換向器上的電刷，無跳動、無冒火花等情況且無異常響聲。

7、發電機啟動后，應逐漸提高柴油發電機組的轉速，并進行送電前的檢查。
