The main causes of diesel generator nozzle sticking are as follows: the diesel oil is not clean; the outlet valve is worn; the gasket is missing or damaged when the injector is installed; the engine temperature is too high, and the cooling of the injector is poor

1、柴油不清潔

1. Diesel oil is not clean

柴油不清潔，高壓油管內(nèi)有雜質(zhì)，導(dǎo)致了噴曲器針閥偶件的磨損，使針閥偶件關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)，燃燒室內(nèi)高壓燃?xì)夥锤Z，燒壞針閥偶件。此外，噴油器調(diào)壓彈簧、挺桿等零件上的臟物通過噴油器挺桿移到了噴油器針閥上部，或油路上用于防止漏油的棉繩、鉛絲經(jīng)高壓油管進(jìn)入噴油器，都會使針閥偶件卡死。

The dirty diesel oil and impurities in the high-pressure oil pipe lead to the wear of the needle valve couple of the injector, which makes the needle valve couple not close tightly, and the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber reverses and burns out the needle valve couple. In addition, the dirt on the pressure regulating spring and tappet of the fuel injector moves to the upper part of the needle valve of the fuel injector through the tappet of the fuel injector, or the cotton rope and lead wire used to prevent oil leakage on the oil circuit enter the fuel injector through the high-pressure oil pipe, which will make the needle valve parts stuck.

2、出抽閥磨損

出抽閥磨損，使噴油器停止噴油時(shí)出現(xiàn)滴油現(xiàn)象，以致使噴曲嘴燃焦積炭，發(fā)生卡死的故障。

The abrasion of the extraction valve makes the injector drip when it stops injecting oil, which causes the nozzle to burn coke and deposit carbon and block.

3、噴油器安裝時(shí)，漏裝墊片或墊片破壞

噴油器安裝時(shí)，漏裝墊片或墊片破壞，造成漏氣，引起噴油器局部溫度過高而卡死。

4、噴曲壓力過低

噴曲壓力過低，造成燃燒室內(nèi)高壓燃?xì)夥锤Z。

5、機(jī)溫過高噴曲器冷卻不良

5. The temperature of the machine is too high and the cooling of the bender is not good

機(jī)溫過高噴曲器冷卻不良，造虎地閥偶件卡死。而供油時(shí)間過遲、冷卻水道水垢過多或堵塞、水泵葉輪端面磨損、發(fā)動機(jī)長期超負(fù)荷等又會使發(fā)動機(jī)過熱。

The temperature of the machine is too high, the cooling of the bender is not good, and the parts of the valve are stuck. However, too late oil supply time, too much or blocked scale in cooling channel, worn end face of water pump impeller and long-term overload of engine will make the engine overheat.

6、零件制造不合適

零件制造方面的原因，如氣缸蓋上噴油器安裝孔與噴油器配合過緊，針閥體與氣缸蓋上的安裝孔間隙過小，氣缸蓋噴油器安裝孔加工過深等。

The reasons of parts manufacturing, such as the tight fit between the injector mounting hole on the cylinder head and the injector, the small clearance between the needle valve body and the mounting hole on the cylinder head, and the deep machining of the injector mounting hole on the cylinder head.
