The cooling water system of the engine and the electric starting system are connected stably without dripping and loosening. The switch is flexible. The lubrication system is in good condition. The fuel supply system and ignition system are confirmed to be normal. Otherwise, it can be started only after maintenance and adjustment are correct 。

二、啟動后的怠速運行：準(zhǔn)備正常后，打開燃氣閥門，接上啟動電源，打開鑰匙，按下按鈕，-可啟動機組。當(dāng)機組啟動后，注意機油壓力表，有正常的機油壓力，萬萬不可粗心大意。啟動后要怠速運行一段時間，一是用以觀察各處、各部件的運行情況是否異常，有無異常聲響，有問題處理、解決。怠速運轉(zhuǎn)也是用來使機器升溫，冬季，這升溫很重要，將利于機器的使用。

三、正常的負載輸出：當(dāng)經(jīng)怠速觀察，且機組已達到了溫度（觀察水溫表即可）就可以操縱電調(diào)“油門”將機組升速到標(biāo)定的工作轉(zhuǎn)速，調(diào)整機組的電壓和頻率都達到標(biāo)定值，則可向外界合閘，輸出負載。為了合閘時外界有負載使用，建議合閘前交將空車的轉(zhuǎn)速（頻率）稍稍偏高些。負載變化時，注意調(diào)速“油門”手柄，即電子調(diào)速器的電位器，適應(yīng)輸出，使得電壓和頻率的穩(wěn)定。

3、 Normal load output: when the idle speed is observed and the unit has reached the temperature (just observe the water temperature meter), the electric adjustment "throttle" can be operated to speed up the unit to the rated working speed, and the voltage and frequency of the unit are adjusted to reach the calibration value, then the machine can be switched on to the outside to output the load. In order to use the external load when closing, it is suggested that the speed (frequency) of the empty car be slightly higher before closing. 7、60kw以下單臺燃氣發(fā)動機燃氣管路的外部主要管道內(nèi)徑應(yīng)不小于2吋，靠近發(fā)動機的部分內(nèi)徑應(yīng)不小于1吋！60kw以上燃氣發(fā)電機組則分別是3吋和兩吋。且須安裝燃氣閥門（不銹鋼球閥）、型放水閥、防回火裝置，燃氣管路焊接完成應(yīng)清理焊渣（用高壓空氣）；

7. The inner diameter of the outer main pipe of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kW shall not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part close to the engine shall not be less than 1 inch! For gas-fired generating units above 60kW, they are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. Gas valve (stainless steel ball valve), type-I drain valve and anti backfire device shall be installed. Welding slag (with high-pressure air) shall be cleaned after gas pipeline welding;

8、燃氣須脫硫、脫水、除塵，其中含流量≤0.25Nm3，氫氣≤10%；

8. The gas must be desulphurized, dehydrated and dedusted, with flow rate ≤ 0.25nm3 and hydrogen ≤ 10%;

9、發(fā)電機組冷卻水須用軟化水。

9. The cooling water of generator set must be softened water.
