1、瓦斯氣源管線與瓦斯機(jī)進(jìn)氣接口處須安裝密封墊片并使得緊固可靠，應(yīng)急手動(dòng)停車閥門功能應(yīng)可靠。

1、混合器法蘭及蝶門軸頸徑向間隙不得漏氣。

傳感器與控制屏組合模擬檢測(cè)

1、油壓檢測(cè)：裝有壓力繼電器的原動(dòng)機(jī)，用壓力校驗(yàn)儀檢測(cè)設(shè)定值，檢查控制屏是否分閘停機(jī)。裝有監(jiān)控儀的原動(dòng)機(jī)，先自檢，然后拆下信號(hào)輸入線檢查控制屏是否分閘停機(jī)。
1. Oil pressure detection: for the prime mover equipped with pressure relay, use the pressure calibrator to detect the set value and check whether the control panel is opened and shut down. For the prime mover equipped with a monitor, first conduct self-test, and then remove the signal input line to check whether the control panel is switched off and shut down.
2、油溫、水溫檢測(cè)：將模擬檢測(cè)好的傳感器與傳感器導(dǎo)線連接，把傳感器放在排氣管上加溫，檢測(cè)是否在設(shè)定值上分閘停機(jī)。

3、檢查發(fā)電機(jī)組氣源應(yīng)急閥門、電磁閥是否可靠。

4、減掉負(fù)載，合上短路器開(kāi)關(guān)，把轉(zhuǎn)速開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)置到額定轉(zhuǎn)速位置，然后調(diào)整2301A速度控制器的額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器，緩慢順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)直至機(jī)組在設(shè)定
4. Reduce the load, close the breaker switch, set the speed switch to the rated speed position, then adjust the rated speed potentiometer of 2301a speed controller, and slowly rotate clockwise until the unit is set
值報(bào)警分閘、超速停機(jī)為止，然后將額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器逆時(shí)針復(fù)位到原來(lái)的位置。

1、開(kāi)機(jī)前，應(yīng)清理機(jī)組（旋轉(zhuǎn)部件）上放置的雜物（如盤車杠、工具、螺釘?shù)龋悦忾_(kāi)車時(shí)工件飛出去傷人。
