1、電解液容器要用瓷器或大玻璃瓶，禁止使用鐵、銅、鋅等金屬容器，嚴(yán)禁把蒸餾水倒入硫酸內(nèi)，以防引起爆炸。

1. Porcelain or large glass bottles shall be used as electrolyte containers. It is forbidden to use metal containers such as iron, copper and zinc. It is forbidden to pour distilled water into sulfuric acid to prevent explosion.

2、維修交流電路時(shí)，切斷電源，嚴(yán)禁帶電作業(yè)。

在柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行充電的時(shí)候還會(huì)遇到充不進(jìn)電的問題，那么又該如何解決呢？出現(xiàn)這種問題有可能是保險(xiǎn)絲或整流二極管損壞所造成的。當(dāng)保險(xiǎn)絲燒斷后，充電機(jī)電源指示燈不亮；整流二極管損壞后，充電機(jī)的電源指示燈亮，但無直流電輸出。

1、充電機(jī)變壓器被燒壞。

4、充電機(jī)上的二極管被燒壞。

排除故障的方法就是：斷開充電機(jī)與蓄電池的連接線，用萬用表直流電壓擋（50V）測試充電機(jī)兩個(gè)輸出接線柱間的電壓，注意紅表筆接充電機(jī)的正極，黑表筆接負(fù)極，發(fā)現(xiàn)無電壓輸出。拆下充電機(jī)外殼，對(duì)充電保險(xiǎn)芯子進(jìn)行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)60A的保險(xiǎn)芯子燒壞。更換后，充電機(jī)恢復(fù)正常充電，故障即被排除。

The troubleshooting method is: disconnect the connecting line between the charger and the battery, test the voltage between the two output terminals of the charger with the DC voltage gear (50V) of the multimeter, pay attention to the red lead connected to the positive pole of the charger, and the black lead connected to the negative pole, and find that there is no voltage output. The charger shell was removed and the charging fuse core was inspected. It was found that the fuse core of 60A was burnt out. After replacement, the charger returns to normal charging, and the fault is eliminated.
