及時加注光滑油。要依據闡明書中的規則，及時對水泵軸承加注光滑油，加注光滑油的數量不可太多或太少，以防軸承過早損壞。 不可梗塞溢水孔。有的水泵軸處有溢水孔，經過溢水孔可察看水泵能否漏水。假如溢水孔受堵，水泵走漏的水會進人軸承內而影響光滑，惹起軸承過早損壞。 拆裝時不得猛打硬敲。檢修水泵時，拆卸皮帶輪和水泵內軸承等主要部件應用專用工具。裝置時若猛打硬敲，易形成水泵軸承彎曲變形、水泵軸軸端螺紋滑扣或損傷。另因葉輪和泵軸配合較緊，除非必要，普通不拆卸。

When repairing the water pump, special tools should be used to remove the main parts such as the belt pulley and the inner bearing of the water pump. It is easy to form bending deformation of water pump bearing and thread sliding or damage of shaft end of water pump if the device is hard knocked. In addition, due to the impeller and pump shaft with tight, unless necessary, ordinary do not dismantle.
